BASIC CLEAN - $30/HOUR + HST
We strive to make things hassle-free and convenient; especially when it comes to our Basic Residential Service. A basic clean will include:
•Vacuuming and mopping floors
•Surface cleaning in all areas of the home
•Bathrooms
•Basic tidying up such as folding blankets, putting away random objects, making beds and doing dishes
MOVE OUT CLEAN - $45/HOUR + HST
Achieving a thorough clean before moving out is beneficial to both parties, especially if you have a security deposit on the line. AirBnb’s or rental properties are also considered a move out clean.
Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
Wash walls, doors, trim, windows and baseboards
Scrub shower, bathtub and toilet
Clean sinks, cabinets inside/out and countertops
Clean kitchen appliances inside and out
Dust all surfaces
Grout cleaning
Carpet Extraction
DEEP CLEAN -$40/HOUR + HST
Once in awhile your home just needs a good scrubbing and extra fine detailing. Deep cleaning involves thoroughly getting all those spots and places that are neglected. Along with a basic cleaning, a deep clean might include:
•Upholstery and carpet cleaning
•Doors, walls, windows and baseboards
• Wipe outside of cabinets
•Kitchen interior appliances such as fridge and oven
•Organizing
•Grout Cleaning

DO YOU DO A HOME VISIT BEFORE THE BOOKING PROCESS?
Yes, we can certainly do a walkabout if you wish. If you would like for us to stop in so we can meet before the actual cleaning service, this would help establish a professional relationship, give us an idea of the layout and help us understand your wants and needs.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept E-Transfer, online payments with a credit card, Apple Pay or Cash *we do not carry a float of cash on us so no change can be provided if paying cash
WHY DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We charge by the hour instead of square footage because we take in consideration what we are starting with. If you maintain a clean home and just need a little up keep it could take half the amount of time in a larger home than it does if we need extra time to focus on specific areas in a small home. We include the travel time, the service and products used. Overtime, we establish roughly how long it takes to clean your home and will come to an agreement how long it will take and therefore know how much it will cost. HST is not included in base price.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?
We will provide all the necessary cleaning products, vacuum and mop. If you have a specific product you would like us to use in your home feel free to let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you.
DO YOU WORK AROUND PETS?
Yes, we love animals and understand your pets are apart of the home.

GLASS/MIRRORS : 1:1 ratio Isopropyl Alcohol/Water, Invisible Glass, 1:1 ratio Vinegar /Water, Sprayway
STAINLESS STEEL: Zep, Weiman, WD 40
ALL PURPOSE: Mr. Clean, Clorox Non Bleach, Avon Bubble Bath, Dawn Dish Soap
SHOWER/ SINKS: Vim, Bar Keepers Friend, Scrubbing Bubbles
FLOORS: Vim Wood, Zep Wood, Mr. Clean, Murphy’s Soap Oil, Dawn Dish Soap, Vinegar, Pine Sol

DO WE HAVE TO BE HOME FOR YOU TO CLEAN?
You definitely do not have to be home. A lot of clients will greet us and run to work or do errands or give us a door code or spare key. We do our thing and you come home to a nice clean space.
